Orc Lords Update?

The Orc Lords update came out on June 10th as a free update. When will people who purchased the game through greenhouse be able to download the update?

I'm also waiting to update. Any news yet?

I posted this question on Tilted Mill's forums just after OrcLords release.
They said they are working with Greenhouse to get the new update up here.
They seemed to imply a unique executable was needed for each online seller.
No word on tech difficulties or whatever.
But it IS supposedly coming.

Still, i'm a bit disappointed in both companies for not being much more forthcoming and verbose with their info, both on forums and their main sites.

Looks like Greenhouse has already fallen into an abandoned state. No updates to the page in a month or so, doesn't looks like there are any postings from anyone at hothead on the forums in months, and no updates to this game.

As a regular customer here at Greenhouse, I hope this is not a sign of things to come. The idea that I may have to buy the game again if I ever want the update is more than a little frustrating.

Until this is resolved I will be taking my business elsewhere.

While Greenhouse does have Hinterlands available for purchase, I do not believe that we carry the expanded Orc Lords version. Sorry about any mix up.

Yes, I know. BUT, when I e-mailed Greenhouse about the location, the e-mailed I posted was their answer.

Yes, but I just re-downloaded and played. The orc lords content is there. Sorry if the support guy didn't realize.

Atrixwolfe - when you reinstalled the game did you loose your saved game progress?
